Elephant day!

Out of all the animals I saw in India, the one I liked the most was the elephant.

Luckily, my dad knew of this place that had elephants and we met up with this family that lives in the reserve and they take care of the elephants.

They taught me about the elephants, and they even let me feed one.

And in the end, we were playing with water and the elephant got excited and threw water back at me!

It was an amazing experience!

By the time we were done it was almost time to leave India and take an overnight flight to the United Arab Emirates. When we got to the airport there was a 4.7 magnitude earthquake. Everybody felt it, but I think it was just my elephant friend throwing a tantrum.

"-- G: Dad, what time is it when we land?

-- D: 7am, morning.

-- G: Oh, good. We won't miss anything."
